FIFA World Cup 2022™ Caribbean TV Rights Acquired by VertiCast Media

Kingston, Jamaica: VertiCast Media Group has secured the broadcast rights to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ for the Caribbean. The award of the rights to VertiCast is on a multi-platform basis that includes rights across television, digital and radio as well as on a multi-market basis for 22 markets across the region.

The landmark award of broadcast rights means that regional football fans will have access to all FIFA World Cup™ matches through VertiCast and its partners across TV, cable, radio, mobile apps and online platforms. Following on from its recent Premier League broadcast rights announcement, this award positions VertiCast as the go to source for football fans to watch their most desired football programming.

The FIFA World Cup™ is the most prestigious football tournament in the world, as well as the most widely viewed and followed single sporting event. The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ will be a unique football experience with the usual summer spectacle kicking off in Qatar on November 21 and running through to December 18, 2022 with participation from 32 nations.
